PAYROLL RUNS ON THE 1ST

Devs don't get a bag.
They get a job.

Creator fees don't land in his wallet. They go into payroll. He picks a wage, serves 30 days unpaid, then gets paid every month for as long as he holds. He sells one token and he is terminated on the spot.

Everyone currently employed

Each row is a dev on wages. Tenure only counts up while he holds. The second he sells, the row goes red and the money stops.

Wages are paid out of this coin's own trading fees. Unpaid balance accrues while you hold and is forfeited on termination — it is split among holders. Nothing here signs a contract or moves money.
    TERMINATED

    03 — How it works

Four steps, one of them permanent

    01

    Launch and get hired

You pick a wage at launch. Every token that trades pays into your payroll account, not your wallet.

    02

    Serve probation

The first 30 days are unpaid. The fees still collect. You just don't touch them yet.

    03

    Get paid on the 1st

Payroll runs monthly. If the account can't cover the wage, you're paid what's in it and the rest carries over.

    04

    Or get terminated

One token sold from the creator wallet ends it. Wages stop, the balance is split among holders, the job is gone for good.

    04 — The contract

    Terms, in full

    Creator allocation
None. There is no dev bag to sell. That is the point.
    Wage tiers
    $1,000 / $2,500 / $5,000 / $10,000 a month. Chosen at launch, never changed after.
    Probation
The first 30 days are unpaid. Fees collect the whole time.
    Payday
The 1st of each month. Short months pay what's in the account and carry the rest.
    Termination
Any sale from the creator wallet, any size. Immediate and permanent. There is no appeal and no rehiring.
    Forfeited balance
Everything unpaid at termination is split among holders of that coin.
    Resigning
A dev can quit any time. He keeps what he's been paid and forfeits the rest, same as termination.
    Pad fee split
20% of the pad's own fees buys $SALARY. The rest runs payroll and the pad.

    05 — $SALARY

    The pad's own coin

Every coin on the pad puts a cut of the pad's fees into buying $SALARY. Fixed supply, no allocation, no unlocks — the pad is on the same terms as the devs it employs.

    06 — Questions

    What people ask

So the dev never gets tokens?

Never. There is no creator allocation to hold, sell or unlock. The only money he can make from the coin is the wage, and the wage only exists while he holds.

    What counts as selling?

Any outgoing transfer of the coin from the creator wallet. Moving it to another wallet counts. There is no grace amount and no exception for "just a little to cover costs".

What if the coin does nothing and the fees are tiny?

Then he is paid tiny. The wage is a ceiling, not a guarantee — payroll pays what the account holds and carries the shortfall. A dead coin pays a dead salary.

Can he just make a new coin with a new wallet?

Yes, and he starts at day zero on probation again. Nothing carries over. Tenure is the only thing on this pad that can't be bought.

Why would a dev agree to this?

Because it's the only offer on the table that buyers trust. A dev with no bag cannot rug you, and the board shows exactly how long he has gone without selling.

    Is any of this live?

The page is a preview. The payroll board and the contract form are illustrative — they sign nothing, spend nothing and reach no chain. Only the buy, chart and contract address are real.
